What is a the best shampoo for dogs that has major allergies?
ByI have taken him to groomers and after being groomed, I always have to follow up with dr. visit for red eyes. He is a short haired border collie. I would really prefer taking him to be groomed, just don’t know what to do. His skin also gets irritated with redness and rash.

My advise is you should solve this problem once and for all by taking your dog to see a vet and ask the vet to recommend you the right shampoo.
You see, you may go to any pet shop to get the shampoo for allergic problem or even ask the groomer to use one but the question is, how serious is the allergic on you dog? Are you going to keep changing the shampoo until you find the right shampoo? This is because the lever of allergic appear on each dog may be different if you must know, some dogs allergic is mild while some are more serious. So my advise is, go to the vet for recommendation. If you need to know more about different types of allergic and the signs, refer to http://www.info-on-dogs.com/dog-allergies.html
Good Luck to your dog, hope you find the right shampoo soon!

We use the oatmeal too as other shampoos leave him like a dandruff and dry, the oatmeal does just fine – no problems at all.
